Upgrade Fever
I've got upgrade fever, since putting the new hard disk in the MacBook Pro has room to breath. Great looking to upgrade all the software so I'll need to put the maximum RAM, so it off with the back again. With a bit of checking on the web I found out my MacBook Pro is the mid 2009 model and it takes 8mb of RAM.
This shows how to do it!
Here we are a faster new MacBook Pro, that'll keep me satisfied for a few months of tweaking. And it flies though the work now, gives more time to hang around the cooler!

This shows how to do it!
Let me know how you get on, don't forget you can use the: IOMAX USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Adapter Kit, to dupe the data exactly to your new Hard Disc.

IOMAX USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Adapter Kit
WOW! This little piece of kit is fantastic, over the years I've fiddled with various slave drives and disc id nos some times to no avail, just to make a back up or new drive for another Mac in the studio. Well this little puppy delivers just the job.
IOMAX USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Adapter Kit saves all that drama, so simple to use, it can connect to most if not all types of drives old and new. 2.5/3.5/5.25 Inch SATA or IDE Drive also has the power supply connections. A completely self contained unit
